Geodetics wants its customers to be successful with their products. In order to receive support directly from the Geodetics support team, please purchase a block of support time which will be added to your account.

Please note that in order to purchase these support hours you must first have gone through the Geodetics On-site Training.

How do I use my support hours?

How do I know how many support hours I have remaining?

In order to see how many support hours you have remaining you will log into the Support Resources section of the Geodetics website and under the Purchase Support section click on My Purchases. You will then select the ‘View’ button next to the order you purchased the hours from. The ‘Order updates’ section will have notes on how many hours are remaining and how previous support has been used. 

Do my support hours expire if not used?

Support hours expire in 1 year from their purchase.
